BOSSABALL RIYADH EID EVENT (OCTOBER 1st - 3rd)

The Municipality of Riyadh  presents bossaball in this year’s celebration program for Eid Al-fitr,  which marks the end of the fasting of Ramadan.  Riyadh Eid Festival is the most prestigious show in the Middle East.

Bossaball initiations, demonstrations and matches take place at the indoor hall of the “Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Stadium in the Al Malaz Quarter on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of October 2008, between 4pm and midnight.

BOSSABALL JEDDAH EID EVENT (OCTOBER 4th - 8th)

Bossaball shows will be organized in Jeddah at TRIPLE M Sports Facility at King Abdul Aziz Road Jeddah on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th of October 2008.

Both events feature two international Bossaball Master teams from Brazil and Europe.

Bossaball on Jeddah Summer Festival 2008 - Saudi Arabia

Most bossaball activities in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for the month of July are linked to the Jeddah Summer Festival 2008.

Training sessions :

July 5 - 8 : Bossaball trainers and players from Europe and Brazil conduct local players’ training sessions.

Press Conference : Official Bossaball Launch :

July 7 : Press conference for the official introduction of bossaball in Saudi Arabia for local and national press, radio and television.

Bossaball demonstrations and matches :

July 9 : Grand Opening : The series of daily events starts on July 9 with the attendance of dignitaries from local and governmental political and sports organizations.
July 9 - 15 : Bossaball matches and 2 daily bossaball shows by local and international demo players during the whole period of the festival.

All events take place in Jeddah’s most prestigious sports facilility KFCC (King Fahad Coastal City Jeddah).

Bossaball in Al-Shallal Theme Park - Jeddah - Saudi Arabia

Between July 15 and July 21 Bossaball is installed as an attraction in the Al-Shallal Theme Park in the Jeddah Corniche, along the Red Sea.

Al-Shallal is the most popular amusement park of Saudi Arabia, famous for having the largest double looped roller coaster on the Asian continent.

The park belongs to the Fakeeh Tourist Group, part of the Fakieh Group Imperium (”Fakieh Poultry Farms”), who directs all the profits to charity organizations.

Fian Trading Inc. , bossaball promotor in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, confirmed the first official bossaball event in Saudi Arabia.

Bossaball initiations, demonstrations and matches on the coast of the Red Sea at the Summer Festival 2008 in Jeddah, the major urban center of western Saudi Arabia, between the 3th and the 25th of July.

Organized by the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), the Summer Festival attracts millions of tourists and holidaymakers from within Saudi Arabia and neighboring Arab and Gulf countries.

Fian Trading Inc. acquired the license to distribute and promote bossaball in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain.

Launch is planned for summer 2008.
